Leysin, a tourist commune, is part of the district of Aigle and is located in the Vaud Alps at an altitude of 1,260 m.

The Leysin Sport Hôtel is 300 m from the ski lifts and Feydey station.

The commune of Leysin has set up a free shuttle bus that runs throughout Leysin, providing easy access to all amenities (post office, grocery stores, sports center, etc.).

Number of rooms: 21 rooms, i.e. 71 beds, plus a fully-equipped studio on the 1st floor and a 6-person apartment on the ground floor.

The building is currently used as a group home (families, schools, vacation camps, companies, associations, etc.).

The building is equipped with an elevator for disabled access.

It is equipped with WIFI access on all floors, a ski room and a private semi-underground container for household waste.

Occasional renovations have been carried out on a regular basis to keep up with the building's routine maintenance and use.
